Magnolia Haus was designed for Frederick County. Inspired by the mountain views, wineries, and Main Street communities that made Frederick one of 2022’s best places to live, our luxury apartment homes are tailor-made to reflect the heart of Frederick County.
The background and namesake of Frederick are tied to German settlers, which can be seen in the local stone, German colonial architecture, and Sheifferstadt, the oldest standing house in Frederick, built by German immigrants. Haus, meaning “House” in German, pays homage to Frederick’s German history, and the modern farmhouse style calls back to the former farmland upon which Magnolia Haus was constructed.
Our community’s proximity to I-70 and I-270 provides easy access to Baltimore, Washington DC, and Gettysburg in an hour or less, and is a 10-minute drive into downtown Frederick. Spend your weekends hiking the Appalachian Trail, visiting local breweries, enjoying public art and galleries, and biking along Frederick’s History Bicycle Loop.
With a variety of one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans, we know you will find the perfect apartment to call home. We can’t wait to welcome you.
